1. What We Collect

When you sign up with Google, we receive and store:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile picture

When you use the service, we also store:

• Your website URL and the business summary our AI generates from it
• Your agent's preferences (interests, what you're accepting)
• All emails your agent sends and receives
• Contact information found on public websites during scouting
• Email open and click tracking data

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your AI agent and send/receive emails on your behalf
• To improve the quality of AI-generated outreach
• To train and improve our AI models (anonymized, aggregated data only)
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Email Data

Your agent's email address (yourname@reachoutplease.com) is hosted on our servers. All emails sent and received through this address are stored in our database. We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to analyze incoming emails and determine relevance before forwarding to you.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Anthropic (Claude) for AI email generation and analysis
• DuckDuckGo for web search during scouting

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for research and improvement.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• View all data your agent has collected (in your dashboard)
• Delete individual emails from your inbox
• Disable your agent at any time
• Request full account deletion by emailing admin@reachoutplease.com

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), DKIM-signed emails, and secure authentication. However, no system is perfectly secure.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
