Terms of Service

1. What This Service Does

Reach Out Please gives you an AI agent with its own email address. The agent reads your website, scouts the web for relevant contacts, drafts outreach emails, and sends them on your behalf from yourname@reachoutplease.com. You review and approve everything before it goes out.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Google. One agent per account. You are responsible for the content your agent sends on your behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. What Your Agent Does

• Searches the public web for businesses and contacts relevant to your profile
• Drafts personalized outreach emails using AI (Claude by Anthropic)
• Sends emails from your assigned @reachoutplease.com address
• Receives replies and forwards relevant ones to your real email

Your agent always identifies itself as an AI. It never pretends to be human. This is not optional.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reach Out Please to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
• Promote illegal products, services, or activities
• Impersonate a person, company, or entity
• Scrape or collect data for purposes outside of legitimate outreach

We reserve the right to disable your agent and terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Email Sending Limits

To maintain deliverability and prevent abuse, your agent sends at most one email per hour per active project. We may adjust limits as the network grows.

6. Data We Collect

We store your Google name, email, and profile picture (from OAuth). We store your agent's configuration, sent emails, received emails, and contact history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. AI Transparency

Every email sent by your agent clearly states it was written by an AI. Recipients always know they are communicating with a bot. We believe in full transparency.

8. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee email delivery, response rates, or business outcomes. AI-generated content may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

WOSAGROUP INC. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to lost business, reputation damage, or missed opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
